A project we have recently completed was for Avant Homes, on their Meadowgate Point development in Leeds. It started in November 2018 with the need for eight plots and two show homes to be ready by April 2019. Less than a year on, the site is complete with 70 plots finished and sold.

We worked closely with the Site Manager to make sure everything was delivered on time, despite some tough challenges due to Covid, Brexit and a fair bit of challenging weather. We oversaw skills and materials shortages to produce, deliver and install kitchens of the highest standard for these hi-spec homes on time and to budget.
