In light of recent developments around coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share an update on what PRMF is doing to keep our team safe and operations continuing.

The Government has called for manufacturing and construction businesses to continue to operate during the current lockdown. We remain committed therefore to staying open and fully operational to support our customers. Our highly-automated manufacturing site in West Sussex is fully compliant with the necessary hygiene and social distancing measures set out by Public Health England and our office and field teams continue to work remotely without disruption. Customer care operations have been risk assessed and continue with additional precautions in place.

Our teams remain committed to ensuring our usual excellent service standards are maintained. Our stock levels are good and our supply chain robust. We will ensure that we continue to deliver consistent 98%+ On Time in Full delivery performance and best in class lead times.
