Understanding the needs of your residents and engaging them, wherever possible, in the process of the selection and maintenance of their kitchens is a key driver for the design and construction of a Manhattan Kitchen.
We appreciate how important stakeholder involvement is in every aspect of the provision of homes for your customers. 'Having a say' is often high on the wish list of residents - that's why we work closely with our RSL clients to enable them to fulfil their objectives. This might mean providing real or online product selectors so that tenants can select their own finishes and colours; we also monitor and measure maintenance response times - allowing customers valuable feedback opportunities.
