Manhattan offers five principal services to ensure the successful delivery of your projects:

Project Consultation

Our experience of working with the UK's leading house builders has shown that the best results are achieved when we are involved in the development of the project scope. Our regional sales managers have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and can highlight opportunities for cost minimisation, through a combination of product specification and design optimisation. Your sales manager has practical experience of our product range and design format and can ensure a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Manhattan will set up a project programme that will ensure that your project runs smoothly from day one. Whether you require kitchens on a supply-only or a supply-and-fit basis, we are confident that we can contribute to its success.

Project Design

Manhattan has a dedicated team of in-house project designers who review your technical specification to producing a cost-effective, functional and aesthetically-pleasing kitchen design. Our UK-based designers are aided by our overseas design office, giving us the unique capability of producing project quotations within five working days. If you have a refurbishment project, we are able to undertake property surveys and produce a design layout for approval within 24 hours.

Installation

Using Manhattan to supply and fit your kitchens and appliances will allow you to effectively delegate responsibility for this complex process. Manhattan's goal is to be the best subcontractor to the house building market and we are dedicated to achieving this. Manhattan accredited contract fitters install kitchens under the day-to-day management and control of a regional contracts manager. The Manhattan installers accreditation programme begins with a competency assessment of fitting skills, health and safety knowledge and practice.

Our rigorous training process ensures compliance with the FIRA Gold Award Standard. All site-based installers have an accreditation portfolio confirming their safety competence credentials, their experience resumé, liability insurance status and Manhattan Accreditation Certificate. This pack will be issued to you in advance for all fitters operating on your sites. Our regional contracts managers are experts in the fields of project management, kitchen installation, health and safety and modern construction techniques.

Our aim is to supply and fit a kitchen in full and see it signed off by your site representative within five working days of delivery, including the resolution of any remedial items should this be necessary. We currently achieve this on 95% of orders and are working hard to achieve 100%. Many of our customers use this service and find that it reduces remedial costs and fitting time. Product Delivery

Manhattan offers a three-week call-off period for both furniture and appliances. Kitchen furniture is delivered in the week it has been requested. With advance notice we can deliver on a specific day if required. We offer a range of options:

• supply only
• supply and unload
• supply, unload and install

All kitchens are delivered by Manhattan's own vehicles. Our drivers are trained to ensure items are delivered safely and undamaged. Our regional control team will communicate with your site management team to coordinate product delivery. We are aware of the environment in which we operate and understand that damages can occur; we therefore operate a 72-hour remedial service to make sure that your kitchen will always be completed on time. Your regional controller is available at all times to resolve any queries you may have with respect to the delivery schedule, replacement items or changes to product specification.
