Manhattan is focused on designing, manufacturing and installing quality kitchens and bathrooms for the new housing market. All our kitchens and bathrooms are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the FIRA Gold Award for Design and Manufacture as well as all applicable British Standards and customer specifications. They also comply with the FIRA Gold Award for Installation standard.

The organisation has mapped its business and support processes and is operating a management system that complies with ISO 9001:2000. The management team at Manhattan is fully committed to the implementation and continued improvement of this quality system.

Our policy on quality is to supply products which not only satisfy, but out perform customer requirements and which remain fit for purpose throughout their life.

Quality assurance procedures are in place throughout the company and inspections are implemented from receipt of raw materials to final assembly.

Manhattan is also proud to hold the FIRA Gold Award for both Product and Installation. This means that customers can expect a Manhattan kitchen to give years of excellent service. Our 2 two-year guarantee offers additional reassurance.
