Quality Policy
Manhattan Furniture is in the business of designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing quality kitchens and bathrooms for UK homes.Kitchens and bathrooms are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the FIRA Gold Award for Design and Manufacture as well as all applicable British Standards and customer specifications. The product is installed to the requirements of the FIRA Gold Award for Installation.
The commitment to a total quality culture is further enhanced by IIP accreditation, award of the coveted Royal Warrant, and membership of the British Safety Council, who have recognised Manhattan formally for excellence over the past decade.
The organisation has mapped its business and support processes and is operating a Management System that complies in all respects with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The objectives and the methods of monitoring those objectives are integral within the process maps.
